Celina is a successful luxury property specialist with more than a decade of experience representing both buyers and sellers in Vermont and New Hampshire.

Prior to real estate, Celina enjoyed a diverse professional career having worked abroad for a number of international organizations as well as an entrepreneur here in the United States. She compliments her professional background with an approachable style, advocacy for her clients, savvy negotiating skills and instinctive ability to listen to her clients. She credits this combination as the basis for her consistent success over the years.

Her real estate career began with a four year engagement at Washington Fine Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area where she attained $20M in sales selling a diverse range of properties from one bedroom apartments to high end estates. Celina returned to Vermont in 2006 (where she was born and raised as the daughter of a country doctor) and has continued to build on her exceptional career. In addition to a broad knowledge of local markets, historic communities, waterfront and farming/land acquisition opportunities, she is also intimately familiar with the various aspects of relocation and community life. Celina embraces the importance of community and dedicates much of her spare time to local organizations and coaching. She is an active member in three land trusts, serves on the board of such respected local organizations as the Montshire Museum and Inspiring Kids, and has worked as a member of the Crossroads Development Committee. Her personal pursuits include hiking, skiing, yoga and singing and hopes to begin competing in more triathlons this year.

Currently Celina is part of the Big Green Real Estate company, with an emphasis on finding and selling sustainable and environmentally friendly properties.
